Lima toastie
Ingredients

Sourdough bread, miso of your choice or a mixture of miso and tahini, grated Gruyere

Preparation

Cut slices of bread that are about 1 cm thick, spread with miso and cover with grated gruyere. Place on a tray and put in an oven at medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot accompanied by soup, or as an appetiser.
