4 tablespoons of wakame, 1 cucumber, 1 pink grapefruit, 1 tablespoon of shoyu, 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds
Soak the wakame. Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthways and remove the seeds Cut into small slices. Wash the grapefruit, keep a little zest and cut the flesh. Mix the wakame, cucumber, grapefruit, zest and shoyu. Garnish with sesame seeds.
