4 red peppers, fruity olive oil, 4 tortillas, 170g of hummus, 50g of freshly chopped parsley, pepper seasoning
Wash and cut the peppers into 6 and remove the seeds. Drizzle generously with olive oil and put under the grill for 15 minutes. Leave to cool and then peel. Spread the tortillas with hummus. Garnish with peppers and parsley and season with pepper. Roll the tortillas and cut into slices diagonally. Serve as an appetiser or accompanied by a green salad.
