Kamut® Penne Au Gratin
Ingredients

250g Kamut® Penne, 200ml soy milk or Lima Cereals & Soy Drink, 25g wheat flour, 1 onion, 100g chopped Lima seitan Gourmet, 2 tbsp olive oil, spices of your choice, 1 tsp pesto, 350 g passata, sea salt with spices, pepper, nutmeg, Gomasio (sesame salt).

Preparation

Béchamel sauce:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the wheat flour to this. Stir gently and then add the Soya Drink, the Oat Drink or the Cereals & Soy drink to the mixture, along with a pinch of sea salt, pepper and nutmeg. Allow to cook for a moment, and keep stirring.

Tomato sauce:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and simmer the seitan chopped onion in it. Season with pesto, sea salt and spices of your choice. Pour in the passata and let simmer for a few minutes on low.

Finish:
Boil the Kamut® penne and preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a dish with oil. Add half of the penne, then pour in the tomato sauce, and cover with the remaining penne and then pour the béchamel sauce over mixture. Sprinkle with some Gomasio (sesame salt) and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
