Italian pasta with Cereals & Soy Drink
Ingredients

400g Kamut penne, 1/2 L Cereals & Soy drink, 300g Original Gourmet seitan, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 1 broccoli, 1 courgette, 2 tbsp mild olive oil, 300ml water, 2 tbsp shoyu, 1 tsp pesto (see 'sauce'), 1 tsp of Kudzu starch.

Preparation

Cook the pasta 'al dente' according to the instructions on the package. Pour the olive oil into a wok and heat on a high temperature. Fry the Original Gourmet seitan (drained and diced) in it, until it is a beautiful bright brown. Peel and slice the peppers into strips and add with the chopped onion to the wok. Let everything simmer for a moment and moisten with a little water. Season with shoyu. After 3 minutes, add the diced courgette and broccoli florets and then let boil until the liquid has evaporated - the vegetables must be 'al dente'. Finish with the pesto and Cereals & Soy drink. You can still thicken the sauce with starch (diluted in 10ml cold water). All that remains is to mix the sauce in with the pasta.
