4 cups cooked chickpeas, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp sesame tahini cream, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 mint leaf, olive oil, sea salt with spices.
Mix all ingredients to a puree and then add water or the cooking liquid from the chickpeas. In this way, you will get a smooth paste. Season with salt and garnish with a mint leaf. Sprinkle with olive oil.
