Marinated tempeh
Ingredients

Tempeh, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 cup water, 1 tsp mirin, salt, 1 small diced onion.

Preparation

Cut the tempeh into slices of 1/2 cm thick. Allow the tempeh to soak in the marinade for 10 to 15 minutes. Boil the tempeh for 10 to 15 minutes in the marinade. Remove the lid, sprinkle with shoyu and let the excess moisture evaporate.

Serve with vegetables of your choice.
