Caramelised Tamari saus for vegetables and cereals
Ingredients

2 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil, 1 tbsp wheat or barley flour

Preparation

Bake the tamari brown in oil until caramelised. Take off the heat and allow to cool. Add 1/4 L water and flour and let thicken. If the sauce is too thick, add some water to it.
