Fujiyama vinaigrette
Ingredients

2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp Genmai Su vinegar, 2 tbsp shoyu soy sauce, 2 tbsp mustard, 1 tsp water.

Preparation

Mix all ingredients into a creamy and uniform sauce.

Lima Tip: to bring out the taste of your sauce even more, you can add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed orange juice.
